7 Email Marketing Hacks I Learned From 150 Sources
Your audience is smart — treat them as such
For the past six months, I have been reading at least one article on marketing per day. In particular, I set my focus on email marketing.
I went through everything from listicles, to essays, to case studies, to in-depth analyses, and everything in between. In total, I’ve read more than 150 different pieces and tried tons of techniques.
My biggest revelation was that when you use tricks to hook your customers, you’re everything but authentic and people can feel it.

Keep the subject line simple

My best results so far came from the following subject line: “Take 20% off with code LOVE20.”
