The other day, I googled “STOP working with difficult customers,” and to my surprise, most of the results involved HOW TO HANDLE difficult customers.
Then I googled, “Why choose your customers,” and the results were all about why customers choose you. Weird, isn’t it?
I’ve been running my business for four years and one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is to LET GO OF CUSTOMERS who do not share the same values.
Sure, they may pay well, but the resulting energy drain often leaves you and your team exhausted. In turn, the fatigue affects your overall performance. That’s why I chose a different path.
